The factory has 2 branches, 16 advanced production lines, 9 for LVL production lines, 7 for professional high-grade plywood, film face plywood, maximum size is the length of 9.6 meters, the width of 1.5 meters and the thickness of 300 mm, with ananual output of 120,000 cubic meters. Widely used in packaging, construction, furniture and other fields.
We have the specialized laboratory to test the formaldehyde emission, moisture content, bonding strength, MOR, MOE, etc. From raw material procurement to finished product processing, each process are strict quality monitoring, the implementation of quality control, do “unqualified products resolutely do not leave the factory”!
